Everyone tells you about the bad but no one talks enough about the good the front desk staff is exceptional. Every time I stay at this property which I've had more times short of home. An extra thank you to my girl holding down breakfast. Please forgive me I cannot remember her name but the ladies throw down. Biscuits and gravy is life, I think it's Ms Renee? Michelle? I feel so bad nevertheless so hospitable and courteous to everyone even gave me to go container to make sure I had breakfast for the day when I was moving busy and out the door early. Thank you to the general manager. Also slipping to remember your name right now but brother you do an exceptional job training everyone to give that above and beyond guest experience. Love this place will definitely be back in the future
It a Holiday Inn Express, though an average one. Service is amazing, rooms are good. Wasn't too expensive either. Nice Vietnamese restaurant next door with bar.
I travel all the time. I am an IHG member and let’s face it… Holiday inns are Holiday inns… generally, They are the same and this Holiday inn is the same except for one distinct difference. Dusuba, the front desk girl made this place a home away from home. She was warm, endearing, super helpful and the perfect guide to the area. Holidays inns can all be the same but if I ever return here it will be because of the wonderful service Dusuba provided.
Stayed here while visiting some friends who were also in town for a soccer tournament. Rooms were clean and bed was as comfortable as you can expect from a hotel. Breakfast was nice. Gym was good. It was located a convenient location for us. We would stay here again.
The staff encountered were all nice, friendly, and helpful. Beds and pillows comfy, bathroom a bit small. Shower water pressure ok, nice long counter in bathroom, with in shower body wash, shampoo and conditioner (Dove). The room (2 King beds) has good storage but a bit tight by the door. Lamps and hair dryer worked but were definitely "worse for wear," and room door squeaky. No USB chargers, FYI. TV good, clear pic. Working a/c. Elevators are a bit slow. Nice snack selections for cost. Good breakfast selection with coffee all day in the lobby. I would stay again.
Very friendly abd gelpful staff. Room comfortable and cleaned early. We left some items there and staff very helpful in getting items secured so family could pick up.
Very nice.....I would give 4.5 stars if I could all the way around. Rooms were nice...overall clean and cared for....some things need updates and mildew/marijuana smell seems to be in every hotel...but AC fixed that. Clerk on Tuesday 7-8 was great...helped with situation when dryer wasn't working. Bfast was 9 out of 10. Thank u. 3 night stay for Tennis Tournament
On a long trip back home, we landed at this location for some rest. As we proceeded to check in, there was an issue booking thru rewards app, HOWEVER, Brenda was the receptionist helping us and exceeded our expectations with her kind and caring hospitality. We will be forever grateful for her kindness, patience and compassion, as I was a little cranky after being on the road so long. Brenda is an asset to this company and we are forever grateful to have made an awesome memory thru unexpected circumstances.
